How does the writer from The Hill have a job unless he's hoping for his next one at the NYT, WaPo, or White House? The bill expressly does nothing to combat global warming. It could not do so EVEN IF GLOBAL WARMING EXISTED. The headline writer for The Hill does not indicate knowledge that corporate interests pushing the bill have avoided saying it is a climate bill. ed. via Tom Nelson
